Adventures by Disney is offering an extension for clients with placeholder reservations to finalize their booking. They now have until May 31, 2022 to select a new departure date, and ask that they travel prior to May 31, 2022.

Guests currently booked on Adventures by Disney departures through March 31, 2021, can change their reservation and receive a 100% credit to be used toward a future Adventure. They must make their change 45 days prior to the Adventure start date. If clients would like to select an alternate Adventure or place their booking on a future hold date, please contact a Vacationista at 1-855-223-0025 or 407-566-8345. Guests will have until June 30, 2021, to select a new travel date. This future travel credit is non-refundable and standard prevailing rates will apply.

Adventures by Disney is offering a temporary adjustment to our terms and conditions to provide more flexibility for Clients.
Extension of final payment
We are automatically extending final payment for an additional 30 days for Guests currently booked on trips from December 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021. This means clients have until 90 days prior to their Adventure start date to make final payment. The deposit remains non-refundable.
Adventure Vacation Date Change Policy
Guests currently booked on Adventures through December 31, 2020, can change their reservation and receive a 100% credit to be used toward a future Adventure. They must make their change 45 days prior to the Adventure start date. If clients would like to select an alternate Adventure or place their booking on a future hold date, please contact a Vacationista at 1-855-223-0025 or 407-566-8345. Guests will have until March 31, 2021, to select a new travel date. This future travel credit is non-refundable and standard prevailing rates will apply.

Note: This latest update impacts guests booked on the Sept. 19 Iceland adventure and the Sept. 21 Arizona & Utah adventure.

With the wellbeing of our Guests and team members as our top priority and in line with direction from health experts and government officials, Adventures by Disney has made the decision to suspend most departures through September 30, 2020.
Note: This does not impact guests booked on the Sept. 19 Iceland adventure or the Sept. 21 Arizona & Utah adventure.
In light of this cancellation, we are offering clients the choice of a future travel credit to be used for a 2020 or 2021 Adventures by Disney trip, or a full refund. If clients are interested in rescheduling their Adventures by Disney trip or would like to place their reservation on hold until they decide on a future Adventure, please reach out to a Vacationista at 1-855-223-4238 to review their options.
If we do not hear from you by Monday, August 31, 2020, clients’ reservation will automatically cancel and a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Guests requesting a refund should know that any refunds will be processed in our normal course of business.

Adventures by Disney is offering a temporary adjustment to our terms and conditions to provide more flexibility for our Guests.
We are offering an extension to our temporary cancellation policy. Any new bookings made on future trips through the end of September 2020 will be subject to fully refundable deposits up until the final payment date.
