UPDATE: December 3, 2020: Unused non-promotional single day Disneyland theme park tickets that expire on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. Wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021, and the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or on December 16, 2021, whichever occurs first.

Guests with multi-day tickets who used their first visit between February 28, 2020 and March 13, 2020 but did not reach their ticket’s maximum number of uses, will have the 13-day expiration period of their ticket extended to December 16, 2021.

Expiration dates on eligible ticket(s) will be updated prior to the theme parks’ reopening.

UPDATE: November 9, 2020: As we’ve shared previously, the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland® Resort has begun a phased reopening. The Hotels of the Disneyland Resort remain closed and will reopen at a later date.  Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure® Park remain closed and will reopen at a later date, pending state and local government approvals.

UPDATE: August 10, 2020: Disneyland will remain closed through August 29, 2020.

UPDATE: March 27, 2020: In line with guidance and direction provided by health experts and government officials, Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort are currently closed. A reopening date has not yet been scheduled.

UPDATE – Effective March 17, 2020, Disney Floral & Gifts has temporarily suspended operations through the end of the month. The Disney Floral & Gifts website will be adjusted so that no orders will process for delivery from March 16-April 3 at Disneyland Resort.

UPDATE: Effective March 16, 2020, Downtown Disney in California, we will be closing all of the Disney owned and operated locations, including shops and restaurants, beginning Tuesday, March 17, through the end of the month.

UPDATE: Effective March 15, 2020, until further notice, we’re making a temporary adjustment to our final payment policy for Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort packages booked through Walt Disney Travel Company. For existing bookings, final payment to WDTC will now be due 7 days prior to Guest arrival.
