Advisor Training Conference

GOAL: To equip every advisor to take their expertise and turn it into magical adventures for families.

We will accomplish this goal through three methods of training:

  1. Powerful teaching sessions – 30-40 minute teaching sessions to drive home the main concepts and get the advisors understanding the key mindset and messaging concepts that will help them move their businesses forward.
  2. Group workshop time – Teaching is useless without implementation. Our team will facilitate these workshops to help the advisors turn their new head knowledge into practical application. Rather than just walking away with more information, they’ll walk away with an action plan.
  3. Laser coachingĀ – We know that even after workshopping a new skill, it can be helpful to talk through the challenges! That’s why we end each training session with laser coaching. A few advisors will be given the opportunity to bring their questions to talk through with Veronica in front of the rest of the group so that everyone benefits from the conversation!

OWNING THE VALUE OF YOUR SERVICES

This session will guide the advisors through understanding the value of the work they do. Through various exercises, we will uncover the mindset blocks they have around starting to charge or raise their prices and provide them with the tools to be able to overcome these challenges.

KNOWING AND SERVING YOUR IDEAL CLIENT

This session will guide the advisors through identifying who their ideal client really is. We will do an activity to help them understand what their ideal client needs from them and help them to speak to those needs with confidence. They will leave this session with a solid plan for not only WHO they want to work with but also a plan for HOW to serve this person.

CREATING CONTENT THAT ATTRACTS BUYERS (NOT FREEBIE-SEEKERS!)

This session will guide the advisors in how to create content that attracts their ideal clients and gets people to take action to buy their offers. This training will be focused on giving them the confidence to talk (online or in-person!) about what they do, as well as to pitch their services, positioning themselves as the experts they are!
